We are absolutely delighted to announce that Patrick Huolohan will be joining the club as an overseas amateur for the 2026 season. The keeper batsman from Newcastle has been awarded wicket-keeper of the year in 2017/18, 2018/19, and 2024/25 at premier grade level and is the holder of the record for most dismissals ever for Merewether District Cricket Club. Pat joins us adding experience and batting to our top order as well as a fantastic set of gloves and will act as a truly valuable mentor for younger cricketers at the club.
